THE CRISIS OF UNINSURED CHILDREN
The ACA has made the cost of insuring children explode. Pasco School District charges teachers $330.16 a month to insure a child with $5,500 Out-Of-Pocket (OOP) on a Blue Cross HMO. The cost for the PPO with a smaller $3,000 OOP for the child is $486.24 a month.

BEING UNINSURED IS DANGEROUS
The “Orlando Weekly” reported that an uninsured child may be charged 10 times more than an insured child. They wrote, “Currently in Florida, the threat of breaking an arm or catching a stomach bug can result in a crippling 6 figure hospital bill.”

Pasco Teachers are Treated Like 2nd Class Citizens
Pasco School District is selling Life Insurance to teachers that they lose if they get too sick to work. Imagine paying extra for life insurance and then losing the insurance if you get ovarian cancer and become too sick to work. This practice is absolutely disgusting. The teachers deserve Full and Proper Discloser with a WARNING.
Life Insurance Certificate of Pasco County School District is online.
PAGE 10 – If the teacher pays for $250,000 of Life Insurance the MAXIMUM she can keep is $10,000! However the premium is based on the risk class at the time of conversion NOW THAT YOU HAVE CANCER!
UNREPORTED ACA FACT
An unreported fact about the problems with the ACA includes that when the teacher’s spouse and child try and get insurance on the ACA Exchange they are disqualified for ACA tax credits, because an employer is mandated to “offer insurance”, so they must purchase with “after tax dollars” which makes the insurance even more expensive. Democrats that voted for the ACA, like Senator Bill Nelsen and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, voted to let multi-millionaire CEOs not to pay taxes on their employer-based health insurance but poorer teachers’ families must. The ACA is not fair and is manufacturing uninsured children from coast to coast.

Typical State Politician reaction is to say, “I can’t do anything because insurance is a Federal Issue.” Typical Federal Politician reaction is to say, “I can’t do anything because insurance is a State Issue.” Basically I hear, “This is way too complicated for me and I’m way too lazy to spend 20 minutes to bone up on health care to help the people who elected me.” My State Senator Jack Latvala’s Rich Reidy received this additional information:

CURRENT OBAMACARE CORRUPTION FOR CORPORATIONS
Warren Buffett is a big supporter of Obamacare. Buffett is hiring Florida employees and selling them health insurance. When his employees get too sick to work, think ovarian cancer, before Obamacare the employee paid the COBRA extension premium and Warren Buffett had to pay $500,000 in cancer treatments. However, Obamacare rules create a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) where federal taxpayers pay to switch this expensive medical liability off Warren Buffett’s expense and onto the self-employed people of Florida who purchase Individual Medical (IM) insurance. Warren Buffett collects employee premiums for years and as soon as they get cancer they are switched to a different insurance company and Buffett laughs all the way to the bank. Of course Warren Buffett and all corporations love Obamacare.
Senator Jack Latvala’s Rich Reidy’s reaction: Reidy is so out of touch he said he didn’t know Tampa Bay teachers thought the premiums to insure their families was high because nobody is complaining. When I followed up with Reidy he said he was too busy to read the information but when he saw FREE MARKET SOLUTIONS he said, “Senator Latvala would never promote Free Market Solutions because some people get commissions.” Reidy went on to explain to me how smart he was because he was licensed to sell insurance in the past. I was not impressed.
OBAMACARE PUTS SMALL BUSINESSES at a DISADVANTAGE
The oldest tax-free HSAs are 7-Eleven Franchisees because I had the national account before 01/01/1997, the 1st day. The 1st 7-Eleven HSA is Mike Foster who is the smartest HSA client I have ever enrolled. When the Clinton attempt for Socialized Medicine failed in the 90’s the Clinton Administration got Small Group Reform (SGR) passed in all of the States, aided by the NFIB, to stop small employers from offering low-cost personal, portable and permanent Individual Medical (IM) insurance to employees. State law requires small employers to only pay for group insurance that employees lose if they become too sick to work. By definition, the small business owner is an employee for purposes of insurance. This means that if the owner gets cancer or has a heart attack they can’t sell their 7-Eleven because they will lose their insurance and be uninsurable for new insurance. State law requires that small employers must drop their cost for insurance on employees to ZERO and instead make the HSA deposit. Mike Foster switched his family and employees and then had a heart attack. He followed doctors’ orders and quit smoking and his premiums dropped another 40% and then he sold his 7-Eleven and kept his low-cost permanent HSA Qualifying insurance.
STATE SPONSORED GENOCIDE
I talked with Mike Foster on Friday and filled him in on the current situation in America. Mike always has the same response that he said the 1st day I met him, “State sponsored genocide!” Mike did further assert, “When the hurricane hits the Texas coast tomorrow all of the small employers that are destroyed will lose their health insurance because there isn’t even a COBRA extension when the business folds.” Then he commented on the 500 7-Elevens in Florida and how it is impossible for them to pay for insurance if they have less than 50 employees. Mike suggested that the Franchisee not hire the Florida school teachers’ spouse because they are disqualified for Obamacare tax credits and if they are hired they will continue to look for employment with insurance so employee retention is poor. Why spend all of the time, money and effort training them if they just quit finding insurance someplace else. Mike did say, “The Free Market Solution is the perfect hiring tool for 7-Eleven Corporate stores as a low-cost option for their dependent family members. With list bill the employee won’t want to quit because they will think their family will lose insurance so it works perfectly for employee retention too.”
INFORMING THE PEOPLE
I’m meeting with Captain Matt Bruce of Tampa’s “The Answer 860 AM” radio station. The Captain is currently on 50 radio stations in America and about 20% of them are in Florida. I listened to him Friday and was totally impressed when he discussed MIT’s Dr. Gruber saying Obamacare required, “the stupidity of the American voter” in ensuring the bill’s passage. I have always thought that all we need is one politician or one talking head on the radio discussing real Republican Reform and Obamacare’s house of cards will collapse. President Clinton told the truth about Obamacare for small business owners when he said, “Obamacare is the craziest thing in the world!” Clinton explained that these people are working 60 hours per week and their premiums have doubled and their coverage is cut in half. I assume Clinton means their deductibles are $7,150 per person in 2017. Clinton is talking about people who don’t qualify for subsidies like the Florida teachers’ families. Clinton’s “solution” is “Medicare for All”, more Socialism. YOUTUBE of CLINTON (1 minute 30 seconds)
MEDICARE FOR ALL
I support Dr. Christopher Peter’s campaign for U.S. Congress in Iowa to unseat Iowa’s last Democrat in D.C., Dave Loebsack. BLOOMBERG just released the rising cost of Medicare’s cost to Americans.
AARP will support Democrats to plunge America into Socialism because they make billions of dollars selling Medicare supplements. Democrats who desire “Medicare for All” will make all Americans easy pray for AARP insurance salesmen. Currently, many couples pay $500 a month for a Medicare supplement because Medicare only covers 80% of many covered expenses. BLOOMBERG data reveals that the cost of these Medicare supplements will increase at 7.2% per year, much faster than incomes are rising. Remember, unspent HSA funds are dedicated to retirement health care expenses. Also remember that money that is never taxed will last longer in retirement.
It’s TIME to save in the smartest way.
Obamacare is the TITANIC and can’t be saved. Now Democrats support “Medicare for All” because they are void of any real solutions. What Dave Loebsack isn’t telling us is the current and future cost of Medicare supplement insurance. Medicare is a huge problem for the American taxpayers and more Medicare is not the solution.
Debate question for Dave Loebsack; If Medicare supplement insurance costs $500 a month now from AARP for many couples, how much will Medicare suppliments cost in 30 years for a 35-year-old couple today with 7.2% annual inflation increases? I hope Loebsack brings a calculator to the debate.
Let’s put Loebsack back in the private sector where he belongs. Democrats like Dave Loebsack destroyed the insurance market; they aren’t the people to fix it now.
I wrote on Christopher Peter Campaign’s Facebook page: Democrats like Dave Loebsack will make Medicare Pay Roll Tax increase for young families. Plus, Bloomberg data proves that Medicare Supplement insurance will be unaffordable in retirement for Iowa couples who are 35-years-old today. President Ronald Reagan said, “Government is not the solution to our problem – government IS the problem.”
FAKE CONSERVATIVES VOTING FOR CORPORATIONS
Fake conservatives have “good” reasons for their “real” reasons, like Dr. Rand Paul and Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa. Grassley referring to the Cruz amendment said, “There’s a real feeling that that’s subterfuge to get around pre-existing conditions,” Grassley told Iowa Public Radio in a story that was published Wednesday. “If it is subterfuge and it has the effect of annihilating the pre-existing condition requirement that we have in the existing bill, then obviously I would object to that.” Grassley is supporting Blue Cross of Iowa instead of the people of Iowa. Grassley and Blue Cross executives know that employees are not going to pay $1,000 a month at their jobs to add their families to over-priced Blue Cross if they can purchase low-cost Individual Medical (IM) insurance for $300 a month. We need to DRAIN THE SWAMP of politicians who vote for insurance companies and corporations instead of protecting the people.
A 35-year-old couple with 2 children will pay $1,832 a month with a $6,400 per person deductible from Iowa’s only Obamacare insurer with their requested rate increase. My coverage, FREE MARKET SOLUTIONS, with “Healthy Discounts” is $398 a month with a $2,500 deductible then 100% coverage. The husband and children are $274 a month with this deductible. Dropping the deductible to $250 for accidents and the coverage is still only $288 per month for this family. The cheapest plan for this family with a $5,000 deductible $160 a month! Blue Cross of Iowa doesn’t want to compete in free and open markets but instead they depend on politicians to eliminate their competition.
WHO SHOULD POLITICIANS SUPPORT CORPORATIONS OR PEOPLE?
Obamacare’s magical Special Enrollment Period (SEP) dumps the sickest employees of employers onto the Individual Medical (IM) market that ordinary people use. This in effect makes employer insurance artificially low and peoples’ insurance artificially high. Obamacare is unsustainable which ever you choose. President Lincoln said it best, “That government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not parish from the earth.”

Florida KIDCARE has same doctors as Ambetter and the child cannot be under 5 years old.
The ACA Exchange treats people like Medicaid with skinny provider networks unless you get Blue Options.
Elizabeth. Chase Daniels, Assistant Executive Director of the Pasco Sheriff’s Office, at the meeting was bragging about how great their employee benefits were so I looked it up. The Sheriff’s office charges a retired 55-year-old married employee with a child $1,551 per month for a Blue Cross HMO that pays NOTHING if a sick child goes out of network. My cost for this family is $346 per month with a $5,000 deductible and $8,750 OOP. That is a savings of $1,205 a month. Plus, the Sheriff’s Office is charging $20 for current employees and the retiree to use Tele-Doc. I include Tele-Doc for FREE. I wish I would have known this at the meeting.
Democrats who wanted single-payer now have it in a vast amount of the counties in the USA including all of Iowa’s 99 counties in 2018. One insurance company with no competition leads to sky high prices for the people. This map shows the counties in America with one insurance company in 2017 in light blue. In 2018 we are going to experience a light blue explosion.
