Code Blue: Iowa is Turning Light Blue
Democrats who wanted single-payer now have it in a vast amount of the counties in the USA including all of Iowa’s 99 counties. One insurance company with no competition leads to sky high prices for the people. This map shows the counties in America with one insurance company in 2017 in light blue. In 2018 we are going to experience a light blue explosion.
I met with Dr. Neil Harl on May 10th, 1999. If you are a farmer in America you probably have heard of Dr. Neil Harl, if you pay taxes, because Dr. Harl wrote the books that you use as guidance. Dr. Neil Harl is the Charles F. Curtiss Distinguished Professor in Agriculture and Emeritus Professor of Economics at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. The truth is you don’t have to be smart to be smart you just have to know who to trust. Trust me; you can trust Dr. Neil Harl. Dr. Harl said, “Competition is critical for free and open markets.”
Because of Obamacare Iowa is in crisis with just one insurance company in Iowa on the 2018 Obamacare Exchange. This means that many Iowa families are going to pay over a $1,500 a month or more for health insurance than they need to. A 30-year-old couple with 3 children will pay over $2,000 a month for health insurance with a $6,400 deductible per person in 2018. Of course older people will pay more. President Obama and the Democrats said, “If you like your plan you can keep your plan, period.” The Democrats lied. The Democrats said, “Families will save $2,500 a year.” Again, the Democrats lied.
Who are you going to trust, ISU’s Dr. Neil Harl or lying Dave Loebsack?
Free and open markets keep prices low and quality high.
