It’s a GOOD TIME for Rand Paul to Wise Up
Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is no insurance expert. Rand Paul’s Obamacare Replacement is closer to “Obamacare Lite” than President Trump’s. Rand Paul says he has 3 problems with President Trump’s Obamacare Replacement which include, age-based tax credits, the Cadillac tax postponed until 2025 and no Co-Op’s like Obamacare. You can’t make this stuff up because it is too bizarre. I am an insurance expert who enrolled America’s 1st tax-free Health Savings Account (HSA) in 1996 and I can tell you that Rand Paul is totally confused. First look at the age-based tax-credit that Rand Paul can’t live with. Obamacare’s income-based tax credits stop at $49,000 so people who earn more get NOTHING and must purchase their insurance with AFTER TAX DOLLARS which makes insurance even more un-affordable. Multi-millionaires like Megyn Kelly don’t pay taxes on her over-priced employer-based insurance but poorer Americans must. Obamacare is not fair. President Trump’s age-based tax credits are available to everyone to help people get the same tax relief Rand Paul has always enjoyed.
Secondly, Rand Paul insists that the Cadillac Tax on over-priced employer-based health insurance being postponed until 2025 is not long enough. This should be no problem because by 2025 employer-based health insurance will be gone and just a bad memory of the pea-picking-past. Like Obamacare, employer-based health insurance is the Titanic and cannot be saved. This is exactly what the doctor ordered because employer-based health insurance discriminates against older Americans. Corporate America fires employees over 50-years-old because their health costs are more. People over 50-years-old have a difficult time finding employment because it has been beat into these hiring HR managers heads that they should not hire older workers because their health costs are more. When President Trump lifts the cost of health insurance off the backs of American employers the economy will soar. An added bonus will be that these hiring HR managers won’t care how old employees are and those over 50-years-old will be able to get employment again.
Finally, Rand Paul’s brilliant “Co-Op idea” was tried and failed BIGLY with Obamacare. 23 Obamacare Co-Ops were started and 19 have already failed costing the American taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars. If any Replacement plan could be called “Obamacare Lite” it would be Rand Paul’s. It is truly amazing that the Nation’s media is so out of touch that Rand Paul can spew his nonsense and not one reporter will ask him to justify his uninformed position.
If the people of Kentucky, with their “Unbridled Spirit”, knew about President Trump’s Obamacare Replacement they would be dancing in the streets having a GOOD TIME. President Trump will give a 30-year-old couple and 2 children $9,000 to purchase individual insurance of their choice. Any unused tax credit is deposited into the family’s tax-free HSA for 1st dollar coverage of medical, vision and dental expenses. At www.DonaldTrumpHSA.com, in the Bowling Green zip code of 42101, this family can purchase HSA Qualifying health insurance for just $348 a month with a $2,500 deductible per person then 100% coverage. That is a yearly cost of $4,176 so President Trump will pay 100% of the premium plus deposit $4,824 into their tax-free HSA. This is what Rand Paul is calling “Obamacare Lite”. If the good people of Kentucky knew that their Senator Rand Paul was stopping President Trump’s Obamacare Replacement they would be demanding Rand Paul to resign. Medical underwriting is required.
Plus, this is where it gets really strange with Rand Paul. Paul’s Obamacare Replacement will enable unlimited HSA deposits! I am an HSA expert and I know what this means. This means that multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires like Alan Jackson can place 100 million into their HSA and pay no taxes. Then Alan can purchase assets in states like Florida with no state income tax with his HSA balance. Then when Alan Jackson turns 65-year-old he can jerk the money out, there isn’t a penalty after 65-years-old, and buy bigger boats. Then Alan Jackson would really be having a GOOD TIME!
